NEW DELHI: Diversified Japanese group Hitachi has warned of legal action against parties who violate the company’s trademarks in India.
The company in a recent public notice said that without its consent, no party should be using any trademarks that are identical or similar with that of the firm.
Hitachi, which is operating in India as Hitachi India Trading Pvt Ltd, has significant presence in the country in different market segments including electronics, industrial components and equipment.
